To put it briefly, Judge Goodwin has unfairly kept my parenting with my child restricted for 3yrs without just cause. I have been fighting at the circuit level and appellate level to overturn her decisions. I have not been found to be an unfit parent and there are no CPS cases open against me. It’s a pretty long and interesting story, but that’s about it. Her decisions have been capricious and arbitrary and has several contributed to the long term damage to my relationship with my child and her own mental and moral suffering. We need a fair and competent judge on the bench to prevent others from going through what I am going through.
