As a Social Worker, it is my job to protect children.
Judge Goodwin has prevented this from happening on numerous of occasions. Her rulings are not in favor of the protection of children. Her rulings are inconsistent. Her ethics are extremely questionable.
She has refused to allow social workers to speak on active cases when they are needing to provide evidence of a serious situation and express concerns for child’s safety. She has refused to consider social worker’s documentation provided to the courts, wouldn’t even look at it.
She has prevented social workers from keeping children safe and alive with as little trauma as possible.
She has placed families and children at risk of harm and trauma with her careless rulings.
